Home grown Chicago transportation & charter business, built from the ground up. Phelps started in 2008 as a ride share business, transporting low income job workers from the suburbs to their place of work, with Econoline vans.

Hard work, determination, and attention to detail evolved into families, business, and special events requesting our services. Now no matter the occasion, we can get you safely where you need to go in our Sprinter, Escalade, Econoline vans, or 15 other affiliate vehicles, and up to 35 seats.
